Someone checks your opening hours, looks for a service, or tries to reach the right branch. Your Google Business Profile is one of the first places they turn for that information, and Google Business Profile optimisation in Bangkok and the rest of Thailand starts with making sure it is right.
CTB Digital Marketing Co., Ltd. can help you work out what your profile needs. It might be an audit and suppression diagnosis, a setup project, regular management, or a cleanup of conflicting business details across other listings.
Scope and inclusions
This pillar covers four engagements, and each has its own child page with the detail and the pricing conversation.
- Audit & Suppression Diagnosis: diagnostic review of profile status, business information and local visibility, including filtering and suppression signals.
- Complete Profile Setup & Geo-Optimization: verification support, category mapping and service-area configuration for a new or existing profile.
- Monthly Profile Management & Compliance: ongoing updates, review responses and adherence to Google's guidelines, with spam reporting where it applies.
- Citation Building & NAP Cleanup: a single reference record per location and a prioritised list of directory corrections.
Out of scope. CTB does not offer Google Business Profile suspension appeal submission or reinstatement as a standalone service. We do not gate reviews, filter customers by predicted sentiment, or remove or suppress genuine reviews. Website building and paid media are separate service lines. If a suspended profile is the reason you are here, bring the notice and we will tell you honestly what help is appropriate and what is not.
What does your profile need?
Audit & Suppression Diagnosis
If something has changed, start with the evidence: the listing, the search being made, recent edits and any notice from Google. A review should explain what is known, what still needs checking, and whether a low result reflects a profile problem or ordinary variation in local visibility.

Complete Profile Setup & Geo-Optimization
Whether the profile is new or already exists, it needs a clear business identity, accurate information, correct categories, a sensible service-area configuration, and someone responsible for future updates. Its setup should reflect how customers actually use the business.

Monthly Profile Management & Compliance
As hours, services and other public information change, someone needs to keep the profile current and in line with Google's guidelines. An ongoing arrangement sets out who supplies the details, who prepares updates, and what needs review before it is published.

Citation Building & NAP Cleanup
An old address or number on another listing creates unnecessary confusion. A cleanup starts with the approved name, address and phone number, then works through a record of the discrepancies worth addressing.

Is the information wrong, or is visibility the concern?
A profile can carry correct information and still appear differently for searches made in different places. A useful review separates that visibility question from a factual error or a restriction notice.
Agree what to track and record the search phrase, location and date. That gives you more to compare than an unexplained screenshot. Each recommended change should address a specific issue, and Google's own account of relevance, distance and prominence is the frame we work within.
Keep your business involved
Some facts can only come from the business: new hours, a service change, or the circumstances behind a complaint. The scope should make those responsibilities clear. Documenting operational facts, for example through the markdown playbook patterns in our open-source okf-local-seo notes, helps internal staff and profile managers stay aligned.
If automation could help prepare review responses or handle another recurring task, agree the review rules first. It should support the people responsible for the profile, who need to know which external actions it is allowed to take.
Where we work
CTB Digital Marketing Co., Ltd. is registered in Samut Prakan and works with businesses in Bangkok, Phuket and Pattaya City. We are not an agency with an office in each city. Profile work is done remotely, with on-site visits by arrangement, and we scope the service area on your profile around where you genuinely serve customers rather than a longer list of districts.
Frequently asked questions
Can you guarantee a place in the top three?
No. A service can define the work, the reporting and the review points, but it cannot promise a particular position in Google's results or the Map Pack. Relevance, distance and prominence are Google's to weigh, and anyone guaranteeing a rank is describing something outside their control.
What if the profile is suspended?
Bring the notice and explain the history. We can discuss what help is appropriate. Appeal submission and case-management work need a specifically agreed scope; they are not an automatic part of profile management, and no one can promise reinstatement. Often the useful first step is an honest read of why it happened.
Is website work included?
No, it is scoped separately. If your profile points to confusing or incomplete website information, local SEO work may be the better route for that part, and the two engagements can run alongside each other with clear ownership of each task.
What should we prepare for the conversation?
Bring the profile link, the problem you want to address, and any relevant examples, such as the exact searches that concern you and any message from Google. Access requirements and ongoing responsibilities can then be discussed against the actual work rather than in the abstract.
Do you also manage reviews?
We can prepare and schedule review responses as part of monthly management, and help you ask customers for reviews in line with Google's policy. We do not filter who is invited to review, remove negative reviews, or promise that a competitor's listing will disappear.
