An enquiry reaches one inbox. The customer details sit in another system. Someone copies the message, finds the right colleague and chases the follow-up. The work gets done, but every handover needs a person to manage it, and AI marketing automation in Bangkok and across Thailand is about removing the ones that do not need judgement.
CTB Digital Marketing Co., Ltd. can help you explore which handovers could be automated. We start with your process, the tools involved, and the result your team needs.
Scope and inclusions
This pillar covers four engagements in marketing operations, each with its own child page for the detail and the pricing conversation.
- Custom AI Marketing Strategy & Architecture: discovery, workflow mapping and a build plan. The build itself is handed to AI employees and custom builds.
- Automated Lead Qualification & Inbound Routing: qualification criteria, routing rules, and a brief prepared for the person picking up each enquiry.
- Customer Engagement Workflows: follow-up and white-hat review-request workflows with clear triggers, review steps and stopping rules.
- Search Grid Tracking & Real-Time Performance Analytics: local search observations and reporting with query, location and date context kept separate from enquiry and revenue measures.
Out of scope. We do not send customer-facing messages without an agreed rule and channel access. We do not manufacture reviews or use satisfaction filters to decide who reaches a public review page. Report labels such as "delivered", "read" or "converted" are only used when the underlying data supports them. The build of a general AI employee is a separate engagement; this pillar scopes it and links to AI employees and custom builds.
Decide which steps to automate
A workflow review can establish what starts the task, which information it needs, and which decisions affect what happens next. Some steps follow straightforward rules. Others benefit from an agent interpreting a request or preparing material for review. In our open-source cymbal-agentic-suite, specialist agents coordinate lifecycle events and tool calls while preserving clear execution budgets.
We use that distinction to scope a first build. The aim is something useful your team can assess, with clear handling for missing information and exceptions.
Choose a starting point
Custom AI Marketing Strategy & Architecture
Map the work and its dependencies before selecting the architecture. Identify the decisions, tools and operating requirements the build needs to support, and where the build hands off to implementation.

Automated Lead Qualification & Inbound Routing
Organise requests so the right person receives useful context. Define qualification criteria, routing rules, and what happens when a request does not fit.

Customer Engagement Workflows
Plan the trigger, message, stopping conditions and human handover for a customer-facing workflow. Review requests and other follow-up each need their own purpose and boundaries, and the review strategy service covers review acquisition in more depth.

Search Grid Tracking & Real-Time Performance Analytics
Agree what is being measured and what the result can tell you. Make clear which figures describe local search observations, workflow performance, or business outcomes.

Agree who looks after the workflow
A build needs more than an initial connection. Agree who maintains business rules, who handles failures, and what happens if access to a tool changes.
Include hosting, provider charges, support requirements and permissions for external actions in the scope. Preparing a reply and sending it are different steps, even when the interface makes them look close together.
Where we work
CTB Digital Marketing Co., Ltd. is registered in Samut Prakan and works with businesses in Bangkok, Phuket and Pattaya City. We are not an agency with an office in each city. Automation work is done remotely, with on-site sessions by arrangement, and is scoped around the tools and team you actually have rather than a standard stack.
Frequently asked questions
Can you use our existing CRM or messaging tools?
We need to assess the specific products, their available connections, and the permissions involved. Tell us which systems you use so we can check feasibility before promising an integration. Some tools connect cleanly; others need a workaround or a change on your side.
Must everything be automated?
No. Choose the steps where automation is useful and leave clear handovers where a person needs to decide. A small workflow that works from start to finish is more useful than a larger design that is left unfinished or that no one on your team can maintain.
How do we judge the first build?
Agree representative tasks and an expected result. Assess errors, review time and unresolved cases as well as speed, so you can see how the build handles the whole job rather than the parts that were easy to demonstrate.
Will this improve our rankings?
No ranking outcome is promised. Automation changes how quickly and consistently work gets done behind an enquiry or a review request; it does not control where Google places your business. Reporting keeps workflow figures separate from any search observations.
