These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ctbmarketing.com, rank-in-maps.com, and all related services, tools, and applications (collectively, "the Service") provided by CTB Digital Marketing Co., Ltd. ("CTB", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
You have the authority to enter into this agreement
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
You agree to our Privacy Policy

2. Description of Service

CTB Digital Marketing provides:

Review strategy and automation
Multi-location visibility audits
Content strategy and optimization

2.2 Rank-in-Maps Platform

GBP performance audits
Visibility tracking and analytics
Multi-location dashboards
Automated reporting and insights

Services are provided on a subscription or project basis as outlined in your service agreement.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information
You are responsible for maintaining account security
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
One person or entity per account (no sharing)

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

Violate these Terms
Engage in fraudulent activity
Abuse the Service or harm other users
Fail to pay fees when due

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for illegal purposes
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service

5.2 Billing

Essential Plan: One-time payment (£1,500)
Growth Plan: Monthly subscription (from £497/month)
Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing (from £25/month per location)

5.3 Refunds

Setup fees are non-refundable
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days' notice
No refunds for partial months
Custom refund terms may apply per service agreement

5.4 Late Payment

Overdue accounts may result in service suspension
A reconnection fee may apply
We reserve the right to pursue collection

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our IP

All content, software, tools, designs, and materials provided by CTB remain our exclusive property, including:

Rank-in-Maps™ platform and branding
Proprietary methodologies and playbooks
Audit templates and reports
Software and algorithms

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you provide (e.g., photos, business information)
You grant us a license to use your content to deliver the Service
We may display your business name and results as case studies (with permission)

6.3 Rank-in-Maps™ Trademark

"Rank-in-Maps" is a registered trademark of CTB Digital Marketing Co., Ltd. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Service Availability

7.1 Uptime

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics) may impact service

7.2 Third-Party Dependencies

Our Service relies on Google Business Profile API, Google Maps, and other third-party platforms
Changes to third-party services may affect functionality
We are not liable for third-party outages or policy changes

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific ranking improvements or business results
SEO and local visibility outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control
Past performance does not guarantee future results

8.2 "As Is" Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

CTB's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not liable for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CTB harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

11. Term and Termination

11.1 Term

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service
Subscription terms are outlined in your service agreement

11.2 Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription with 30 days' written notice
One-time projects terminate upon completion

11.3 Termination by Us

We may terminate for breach of Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion
We will provide reasonable notice except in cases of severe violations

11.4 Effect of Termination

You lose access to the Service
Outstanding fees remain due
Data may be deleted after 30 days (request export before termination)

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.

12.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Samut Prakan, Thailand.
