Keep your profile useful as the business changes

Opening hours change and services are added. Customers leave questions in reviews that need a response. When nobody owns these jobs, small updates become a backlog. Monthly Google Business Profile management in Bangkok is about giving that recurring work a clear owner.

Regular management should make it clear who does what. CTB Digital Marketing Co., Ltd. can discuss the work you need, who supplies the information, and how changes are reviewed before they are published.

Scope and inclusions

What monthly management covers. Information updates, drafted review responses, customer-facing content on an agreed schedule, a log of profile and policy concerns, and adherence to Google's guidelines, including reporting spam or clearly fake listings where it applies. Reporting separates completed work from search observations.

What "compliance" means here. Adherence to Google's Business Profile guidelines and spam policies. It does not mean legal, tax or regulatory compliance, and it is not a promise that your profile will never face a restriction.

Out of scope. We do not submit suspension appeals or reinstatement cases as part of the retainer, gate or remove reviews, or promise that a competitor's listing will be taken down.

Agree what happens each month

The work can include information updates, drafted review responses, and customer-facing content, alongside a record of issues needing attention. Agree the frequency and channels to suit your business.

Agree what CTB can prepare and what only your team can confirm. If a holiday schedule changes, someone at the business supplies the correct hours. If a review describes a disputed incident, the response needs context.

Track updates and search performance

Accurate information helps customers use the profile. Whether a particular activity changed search performance is a different question that needs evidence.

Reports show the completed work and any changes observed in search. Posting more often does not guarantee rankings. If visibility changes, record the time period and search context so you can use that information to decide what to do next. When several things change at once, there may not be enough evidence to attribute the result to one of them.

Review responses need judgement

Agree the tone of review responses and when a response is escalated. A routine comment and a complaint about a specific incident need different handling. A response workflow keeps the work moving while allowing for both.

Where automation is proposed, define what it may draft, what it may send, and which situations return to a person. In tools like our open-source rank-in-maps-plugin, an agent can query local-SEO data and business notes directly, but connecting a tool does not replace editorial review by your team.

What the monthly summary should show

A monthly summary identifies completed work, outstanding inputs, and the issues needing a decision. It includes performance observations where they are available and relevant, kept separate from the work log.

Both sides can then see what has changed, what is still outstanding, and what needs attention next.

Where we work

CTB works with businesses in Bangkok, Samut Prakan, Phuket and Pattaya City. Monthly management is remote, with the reporting tied to the searches your customers run in the areas you serve. Full operating details are on the /services/ hub.

Frequently asked questions

Does management include a fixed number of posts?

Any content schedule is agreed for the engagement rather than set to a standard quota. We discuss useful topics and the information available before choosing a cadence, because ten thin posts help a reader less than three that answer a real question.

Can our team approve responses?

Yes, the review process is part of the scope. Explain who needs to review sensitive cases and how quickly your team can provide context. Routine responses can be scheduled; anything involving a disputed incident waits for your input before it is published.

Is this the same as a setup project?

No. Setup deals with the profile as it stands now. Ongoing management covers later changes and recurring work, with someone responsible for each task. Your business may need one, both, or help with a smaller one-off issue.

Can you guarantee the profile stays out of trouble?

No. We work within Google's guidelines and flag risks early, but Google makes its own decisions about profiles and reported content. Compliance work reduces avoidable problems; it cannot promise that a restriction will never happen. What it does give you is a record of what was changed and why, which matters if the profile is ever questioned.

Give the work an owner

If profile updates keep falling between people, talk to CTB about an ongoing process. We can start with the recurring work and agree a manageable scope.
