You want more enquiries for a specific service in an area you can realistically cover. Before adding district names to your pages or editing profile categories, a campaign to rank in Google Maps in Bangkok starts by finding out what customers need to know and where their current journey breaks down.
CTB Digital Marketing Co., Ltd. helps you scope a Map Pack campaign around your specific service, target area and enquiry path.

Scope and inclusions
What the campaign covers. A defined service and a realistic service area; a review of the current customer journey across the profile, landing page and contact route; a prioritised list of factual corrections, missing page copy and broken enquiry steps; agreed initial changes, tool access and review checkpoints; and observation records with query, device location and date.
Out of scope. We never claim a local presence you do not have. We do not create hundreds of thin templated district pages. Ongoing content, outreach and rank tracking each have their own scope and fee rather than being bundled into an automatic package. Deeper profile work routes to the Google Business Profile service.
Define your area and service together
A target market needs more definition than a city name. Decide which service you want to promote, who buys it, and where travelling to customers or delivering is practical.
A shop serving customers on-site has different needs from a field service team visiting clients. Your website and Google Business Profile must make that difference clear. We build interactive geo-routing tools ourselves, such as our open-source thaiguide-ai-itinerary-planner prototype, and apply that same understanding of real Thai travel times and locations when scoping local campaigns.
Never claim a local presence you do not have. The campaign must reflect where you operate and what you can deliver.
Inspect the current customer journey
Look closely at your profile, landing page and contact route. Can a customer confirm your service, understand where you work, and get in touch easily?
A campaign plan prioritises factual corrections, missing page copy and broken enquiry steps. If your profile needs deeper work, use the Google Business Profile service scope rather than treating it as an afterthought.
Language belongs in this review too. Research the search queries and pages your audience uses, rather than assuming a translation carries the same search intent.
Compare observations fairly
When tracking map visibility, record the exact search term, device location and date. Keep testing conditions consistent so you can interpret changes accurately.
A single search from your office is one data point, not an entire city's experience. Never attribute a ranking shift solely to your most recent edit without broader evidence. Where the data allows, track whether visitors reached the page and submitted an enquiry.
Agree the work before the schedule
Some campaigns need foundational fixes before monthly work is worthwhile. Others already have accurate details but need clearer service descriptions or a better landing page.
Agree the initial changes, tool access and review checkpoints first. Ongoing content, outreach and rank tracking should have clear scopes and fees rather than being folded into an automatic package.
Where we work
CTB works with businesses running Map Pack campaigns in Bangkok, Samut Prakan, Phuket and Pattaya City. The campaign covers areas the business genuinely serves. Full operating details are on the /services/ hub.
Frequently asked questions
Can you guarantee Map Pack placement?
No. We agree the tasks and how to track progress, but we cannot promise a specific rank on Google Maps. Placement depends on relevance, distance and prominence as Google weighs them, plus competition in the area, none of which an agency controls.
Can one campaign cover several cities?
Yes, provided the business genuinely serves those areas. Each location needs an appropriate customer journey and reporting that preserves local differences, so a strong result in one city is not used to paper over a weak one somewhere else.
Should we create a separate page for every district?
Only if you offer distinct services or run a genuine local facility there. Creating hundreds of thin, templated location pages usually harms search performance and gives customers a page that cannot answer their question. A smaller set of pages that each describe a real location or service tends to work better for everyone.
How soon will we see results?
There is no fixed timeline. Foundational corrections may show quickly; competitive movement in a busy market can take months, and search behaviour is not ours to schedule. Reporting records what was changed and what was observed rather than a promised date.
