Keep the details right for every branch

Head office updates a service. Two branches offer it, another does not. The website says it is available everywhere, and customers arrive expecting something the local team cannot provide. A multi-location SEO agency in Thailand exists to keep track of exactly those differences.

CTB Digital Marketing Co., Ltd. can help you plan the pages, profile information and responsibilities for your branch network.

Scope and inclusions

What the engagement covers. A branch inventory listing each location's public pages, profiles and owners; a shared page structure with the facts head office controls and the facts each local team supplies; a first project across a few contrasting branches; a correction list; and reporting that shows what changed at each location, not just a network total.

Out of scope. Google Business Profile access changes and website implementation are named in the plan but carried out by the people who hold those permissions. We do not create a templated page for every branch regardless of whether it is a real customer destination. Paid media and creative production are separate.

Make a list of branches, pages and profiles

Start with the branches, their public pages and their business profiles. Record who maintains each one, where the approved details live, and which access problems need resolving. Our open-source okf-local-seo notes show how multi-location entity facts can be structured into clean, version-controlled records before touching page templates.

This exposes practical gaps before a content project begins: a closed branch still has an enquiry form, two pages point to the same number, or nobody owns updates for a recently acquired location.

Keep the list current so people can use it as a reference for the branches you operate now. An old organisational chart may no longer reflect the network.

Agree shared standards and branch details

A common page structure makes the site easier to maintain. Each branch still needs accurate information about its services, hours, contact route and customer experience.

Decide which details head office controls and which local teams supply. A branch-specific service should not spread to every page because someone copied the template.

Where you need Thai and English pages, base both versions on the same branch facts. Check the language and the accuracy of those facts separately.

Try the process with a few different branches

A first project could include an established branch, a new opening, and one with incomplete information. Their different circumstances help test whether the process works across the network.

Agree what the project will produce: a branch inventory, revised page briefs, a correction list, and a process for updates. Name the people responsible for profile access changes and website implementation so these jobs are clear.

Report by branch as well as across the network

A network total can hide an unresolved problem at one branch. Reports show what changed at each location and what information is still needed.

If search or enquiry data is available, keep the branch context when comparing it. Different opening dates, services and local circumstances may explain differences that a single score cannot.

Where we work

CTB works with branch networks operating in Bangkok, Samut Prakan, Phuket and Pattaya City. The plan is built around the locations you actually run, not a target number of pages. Full operating details are on the /services/ hub.

Frequently asked questions

Does every branch need a separate page?

Not automatically. Check whether the branch is a real customer destination with enough useful local information to fill a page. The decision depends on what the business and its customers need, not on a page target, and a thin page can do more harm than none.

Can franchise teams stay involved?

Yes, and they often hold essential local information. The scope defines their contribution and their approval responsibilities alongside head office's standards, so a branch fact is confirmed by the people who actually know it rather than guessed centrally.

Are profile corrections included?

They are identified during planning and agreed explicitly. Website editing, profile management and resolving access problems require different permissions and different owners, so the plan names who does each part rather than assuming one team can do all of it.

Can you guarantee every branch ranks in its area?

No. We can make each branch page accurate and useful and give every location a clear owner, but rankings depend on competition, proximity and demand in each local market, which vary widely across a network and are not an agency's to promise.
